How to Use
1. Open the instrument box cover and plug it into the 220V power socket (at this point, the instrument is powered on);
2. Press the instrument switch to display the value as 0;
3. The subject stands upright on the base of the back force scale with their toes about 16 cm apart, arms and hands extended, hanging in front of the same thigh. The handle contacts the fingertips to fix the chain length at this height. During the test, the subject extends both legs, leans the upper body slightly forward (about 30 degrees), extends both arms straight, grips the handle tightly (palms facing inward), and pulls upward with maximum force. Test twice, recording the maximum value in kilograms (add the weight of the handle and chain to 0.9kg).
4. When the display value is not 0, press the button to reset it;
5. When the display value is 0, press the button again to turn off the computer;
6. When the display value remains unchanged for 3 minutes, the instrument can automatically turn off;
7. After use, unplug the power cord.
