Cardiopulmonary Function Assessment System, often called Cardiopulmonary Exercise Testing (CPET), is a non-invasive, integrated diagnostic tool that evaluates the heart, lungs, and circulatory systems' combined performance during escalating physical activity, revealing limitations (cardiac, pulmonary, musculoskeletal) not seen at rest, guiding treatment, assessing surgical risk, and determining exercise capacity for conditions like heart failure, COPD, and exercise intolerance. It works by monitoring key variables like oxygen uptake, carbon dioxide production, heart rate, blood pressure, and ventilation while a patient exercises on a treadmill or bike, providing deep insights into overall fitness and disease.
Introduction
1.The system measures and analyzes both inspired oxygen and carbon dioxide concentrations, as well as exhaled oxygen and carbon dioxide concentrations, and can perform tests such as exercise gas metabolism, exercise flow-volume loops, and maximum minute ventilation.
2. It can be connected to a pulse oximeter and a 12-lead exercise ECG to perform SpO2, exercise ECG, and exercise blood pressure measurements. Test data is transmitted to the system software in real time.
3. The ECG (including blood pressure) and gas metabolism measurement systems share a common control platform, allowing for simultaneous display of 12-lead ECG and gas metabolism graphs on dual 24-inch displays.
4. Cardiopulmonary exercise testing features Wasserman's nine graphs, ventilation (VE) curve/breathing pattern (VT & RR) curve, anaerobic threshold (AT) curve, VO2/VCO2 curve, ventilation (VE) curve/breathing pattern (VT & RR) curve, power-time curve, cardiac output (CO) curve, and respiratory exchange rate (RER) curve.
5. Auxiliary analysis functions include: test termination reason analysis, exercise extremes analysis, anaerobic threshold analysis, slope analysis, dynamic flow velocity and flow loop analysis, RPE scale analysis, basal metabolic rate analysis, and nutritional metabolism analysis.
6. Automatic prescription function: After the test, a rehabilitation exercise prescription can be automatically generated based on the test analysis results.
7. Built-in international standard exercise program configuration and user-defined exercise programs.
8. Template editing function: It supports editing dynamic pulmonary test templates, exercise protocols, report templates, and analysis workflows, and can be configured for hospitals and departments.
9. Comprehensive navigation features: including video, voice, and graphical navigation.
10. The software runs on Windows, with a fully Chinese operating system and reports printed in Chinese. Reports can also be exported in PDF format.
11. All accessories are integrated into a mobile trolley for flexible mobility.
12. Cardiopulmonary exercise test report data management can be integrated with third-party rehabilitation management systems.
13. Multiple built-in exercise protocols are compatible with most cardiopulmonary exercise equipment, treadmills, and pedal bikes currently on the market. It can be configured with either a pedal bike or treadmill, and exercise plans can be controlled via the software or manually.
14. Overall dimensions: 710mm(L)*625mm(W) *1580mm(H).
Clinical Application
Diagnosing Dyspnea: Explains unexplained breathlessness.
Pre-Surgical Evaluation: Determines fitness for surgery.
Cardiac Rehab: Guides exercise prescription.
Heart Failure & COPD: Manages and assesses severity.
Athletic Performance: Evaluates fitness.
